Work by Mark Kram Jr. has appeared in The Best American Sports Writing (Houghton Mifflin) in 2005, 2003, 2002 and 1994. He is a sports writer for The Philadelphia Daily News, where he has written at length on a wide variety of subjects and for which he has won numerous awards. Prior to joining the Daily News, he worked at The Detroit Free Press (1983 to 1987) and The Baltimore News American (1978 to 1983). He also appears regularly on Comcast on the Emmy Award winning program Daily News Live. Kram lives in Haddonfield, NJ with his wife and two daughters. He can be reached at mgk1956@verizon.net.
