I’m dealing with that addiction right now myself, I’m able to finish 145 in just a day.Not talking about 1 whole week or 2. Just a day, lately i been trying not to get any more. Which i started getting chewing mint gum. It’s helping for now but i crave it each minutes and hours. It’s really hard for me but i’m trying my best because i’m a Teen, and I am in my 17th .So i’m TRYING my hardest. There nobody’s to really help me out, or how i can try to stop this addiction. It started last year, of my sophomore year.
